The packages in this directory are built under maemo 2.2 'gregale' SDK in Scratchbox Apophis R4.

Although this SDK is meant for the latest IT OS 2006 Edition version 3.2006.49-2, packages also should work with previous OS version. For
example, for me it works with first OS 2006 version 1.2006.26-8.

The HIPL code in the package 'hipl-1.0-1-armel.deb' is equivalent to hipl--main--2.6--patch-210 from version control. This version might be more 
stable than the latest hipl code. It does not include all recently added features but i.e. has working mobility part.

Another package in this derectory, hipl-1.0-237-armel.deb,  is built from the latest code snapshot and is equal to 
hipl--main--2.6--patch-237.

Since maemo 2.2 provides development platform for Nokia 770 Internet Tablet, this package should NOT be installed on Nokia 800.

The package hipl-1.0-2-armel.deb contains hipl--release--1.2 as of July 2007. For more information on this release see the InfraHIP project web page.
