GENERALPackages and tools in this directory are intented for the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet and the latest version of OS (Internet Tablet 2006 edition 3.2006.49-2). Packages are built using Maemo 2.2 Gregale SDK in Scratchbox Apophis R4 cross-compilation toolkit. If you are not yet running the latest available OS version you can update to it following instructions from this howto.IMPORTANTPlease consider installing/using the packages provided here at your own risk.
DESCRIPTIONDirectory 'userspace' contains HIPL userspace software packages to be installed on the tablet using command-line tools (i.e. dpkg) or Application Manager. Directory 'kernel' contains kernel image for Nokia 770 tablet that is expected to be flashed onto the device with 'flasher-3.0' utility. |
